Poll: Valentine's day or Singles appreciation day
Probably something between Valentine's day and the holidays being stupid. On the surface it's a bit dumb, but I still think it's cute : ) Singles' appreciation day sounds like a strange concept to me- if I were single, I'd think it was a bit odd if someone sent me a card or something celebrating it lol but each to their own XD
Actually, its what single people do on Valentine's day, they get together and have fun and call it singles appreciation day.

It means going out (normally in a group) to bars and stuff to meet people for hook-ups or a quick maul.
Well, if men organize such a get-together it would quite probably be for that purpose, but it's mostly women who do it, and they all get together and watch chick flicks and eat chocolate. If I were to do such a thing, it would be just like a game night type deal until the disapproving people leave, then the booze would come out.

i dont understand singles appreciation day. you can just get together with a friend of the opposite sex on that day who is single, and muck around. or stay inside and hide. no need to hijack a perfectly good holiday. it's like being jewish on christmas, you don't go around yelling "merry Jewish day", mostly cause you'll get your ass kicked if you did but also because it would be just plain non-sensical.
I'm considering hosting a single's appreciation day if I'm single come valentine's day. I figure my current relationship has a 50/50 chance of spontaneous destruction at this point, so I was thinking I might get some of my single friends together and try to get the girls drunk.
